The location of this hotel is fantastic and conveniently close to Southover Grange Gardens. the room was spotless, just as I asked for. the staff were friendly and welcoming, which really enhanced my stay. 😊.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff very helpful, particularly good location to the yellow bridge. I had double room which was comfy, comfortable bed. An individual safe, an air conditioning, and a minibar worked well.

We had a cosy bedroom. The place had a special atmosphere.

They will help with anything! Quiet but can hear the ocean, lots of small family run business nearby. If you want to get to know the people of Lembongan come here- they will make it wonderful. Safe, clean and kind!

This place has a stunning location near the yellow bridge, with incredibly friendly staff and an amazing breakfast selection that caters to everyone.

Spent Christmas here and had a great time. the hospitality was outstanding. Very friendly and helpful staff, who even organised our transportation. the location was amazing, just a minute's walk to the beach and beautiful views. Loved the food, especially the banana pancakes and tom yam soup, had a very homely feeling to it. Room and bathroom exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness and had all the necessary amenities. Enjoyed lounging by the pool.

The location being a bit isolated from the harbor, making it difficult to get to without a scooter. the pillows were not very comfortable but nothing too bad.

The hotel is conveniently located near the beach, with Devil's tear, Dream beach, and Sandy bay beach just a few minutes' walk away. the staff is very friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to help guests. the rooms are spacious and come with useful amenities such as air conditioning, a fridge, and mosquito net. Guests can enjoy a nice breakfast with fresh fruit and coffee.

Some parts of the hotel need better maintenance, such as the slippery pavers and dusty mosquito net.

We had an amazing stay in this hotel. The room we stayed in was clean and spacious with great air conditioning. We enjoyed the nice swimming pool and the cocktails at the bar! The hotel has an excellent location, very close to the beach and within walking distance to other restaurants.

The location was quite noisy, with roosters and dogs making noise early in the morning. The room was not particularly clean, with some bugs and other minor issues.
